Building up on the standard two-day workshop, where you’ve learned mitigating cognitive biases, teaming (Delphi method), and asking the right questions, Advanced Judgment & Modeling (Level II training) focuses on setting decision thresholds, base rate modeling, and integrating AI into the process.
